THANK YOU S.U.M.O!!! You made plenty of sense to me. What I've read in the book is impactful and so so real!! I'm going to stick to the principles as muh as possible. I'm so glad that it's ok to have a hippo time, that is truly realistic! Thank you so much for writing it all down and sharing it.

SUMO makes a lot of sense to me.I am not much of a reader but this book has really helped me to see things from a different perspective and my life is just getting better!Thanks much Paul..:-)

I read a lot of self-help and motivational books but SUMO is the most 'honest' and 'accessible' one I've read. I've leraned that I love Hippo time a wee bit too much and I've just sent your free cartoon tips to be printed so that I can put it up on my desk! I've recommended the book(s) to several friends who have also found SUMO very helpful. I would love to go to one of Paul's seminars - but I live in Australia. Is there a DVD? If not, sounds like a great marketing opportunity!

i read alot of self-help/motivational books to keep ontop of feeling positive, and SUMO has been one of my favourites! puts alot of things in life into perspective, is a really enjoyable easy read! would love to see paul mcgee live if he's doing a seminar one weekend in london!

Hi Paul, I sat through one of your presentations twice on the same day,I enjoyed it just as much the second time and I also enjoyed reading S.U.M.O.After that week I felt I can face a New Year with a new outlook on life and face up to any problems I come up against with confidence.
