In 2005 my life changed when I heard Paul deliver SUMO at a CiPD conference. You can imagine my delight when in 2012 I was asked to come on board… I love delivering SUMO be that via keynotes, workshops, programs, or as a coach. I continue to be inspired by and grateful for it. For me (and my clients) it is a game changer. I'm a professionally trained actor, leader and coach, and have spent over 20 years in senior leadership positions, specialising in change, culture, leadership, coaching, business planning, governance, and organisational development. I enjoy my family, time with friends, and laughing until my sides ache… I love to perform be that singing, acting or just 'having a great time.' If you hear laughter I am possibly not too far away!
