Our main focus is providing staff with the tools and insights needed to help them manage their wellbeing, develop resilience and positively embrace change. Paul and his team deliver this through practical staff workshops.
Our belief is that resilience in the classroom starts in the staffroom. We also provide training to help staff support young people as they navigate their journey through education and help them to develop their confidence and resilience and form positive relationships with both themselves and each other.
