Of all the things I have been involved in over the last 20 years since starting my own training and consultancy company, the last 10 years working so closely with Paul and sharing his life-changing SUMO material is without doubt the most rewarding. It brings together everything I am passionate about, including my background in sports psychology and coaching, as well as leading large teams within multi-million pound businesses.
In my spare time I love to go for long walks here in rural Lincolnshire with my wife and two children and our daft dog Barney.
